Career Bridge is a complimentary online resource for posting employment opportunities targeted at current students and alumni. You can advertise job opportunities on Career Bridge at no cost to find qualified candidates that meet your recruitment needs - whether you're filling co-op, full-time, part-time, contract or seasonal positions.
If you do not have an existing account, please go to the "Employers" tab at the top of the page and choose "Account Registration". Once your account has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to use the portal.

Types of Opportunities
Career Bridge allows employers to post two types of positions:

Career Opportunities: Paid full-time, part-time, seasonal, summer, and term positions, open to all students and alumni.

Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Placements: Available to students of specific programs only.
Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Placements
WIL placements are divided into two categories:

Co-op: Full-time, full term (minimum 420 hours per term) paid positions as part of a co-op program at RRC Polytech

Field Placements & Practicums: Field placements and practicums as part of an academic program at RRC Polytech, which can be paid or unpaid and vary in length depending on the program.
